Robert F. Thompson, III
Robert F. Thompson III is a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Warmath, & Dale. His primary areas of practice include commercial and civil litigation, employment law, and appellate practice.
Robert is a native of Paragould, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated summa cum laude; the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he studied history as a Rotary International Scholar; and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he graduated first in his class and served as the editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Law Review. He also served as law clerk to Judge Richard S. Arnold of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Robert Thompson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He serves in the Arkansas State Senate, where he is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Joint Budget Committee, the City, County and Local Affairs Committee. He is the chairman of the Desegregation Oversight Committee.
Allen L. Warmath
Allen L. Warmath is a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Warmath, & Dale. His primary areas of practice include personal injury, probate, law, real estate, estate planning, tax law, trusts, family law, civil litigation, municipal and county government.
He graduated from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law School where he served as an assistant research editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
He serves as City Attorney for Paragould, Arkansas and serves as City Prosecutor for Oak Grove, Arkansas and Marmaduke, Arkansas as well.
Allen is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri and is licensed in Arkansas as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Greene-Clay County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Northeast Arkansas Chapter of Certified Public Accounts, the Arkansas Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kimberly B. Dale
Kimberly B. Dale is a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Warmath & Dale. Her primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, debtor-creditor relations, employment law, and personal injury litigation.
She serves as counsel for the County of Greene, Arkansas as well as Counsel for Rector, Piggott, Oak Grove, and Marmaduke.
Kimberly Dale is a native of Rector, Arkansas and she attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Kimberly received a bachelor of science in Corporate Finance and served as a financial analyst while attending the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Kimberly is a member of the Greene County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She is involved in many community and civil organization throughout her community and state of Arkansas.
Adam Butler
Adam Butler is a principal in the firm of Branch, Thompson, Warmath & Dale. His primary areas of practice include Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Family Law, Appellate Advocacy, Workers Compensation and General Civil Litigation.
Adam is a native of Paragould and a 1994 graduate of Ridgecrest (now Paragould) High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
Adam volunteers in various capacities for our local community including serving as a member of the Paragould Kiwanis Club, an organization devoted to helping the children of Greene County; as well as the Greene County Community Fund Board that provides financial support to other non-profit agencies that continue growth in Greene County. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of Mission Outreach of Northeast Arkansas, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on Housing the Homeless, Feeding the Hungry and Caring for the Sick.
Adam is an avid sports fan who particularly enjoys coaching Greene County Boys & Girls Club basketball and football teams. He and his wife, Amber, have two children, Will and Nadja.
